Your breath is your first responder. If you watch it closely, you will see how it acts as a magnifying glass to your reactions. By coming to know your breath, you can observe how it responds to thoughts, emotions, and stimulus from both your inner + outer environments.
By understanding the basics of how to work with your breath, you can learn ways to use it to become unstuck and to create more flow in your life.
Breathwork is great for everybody, but my specialty is using it to work with creatives and entrepreneurial-types on moving through fear-based anxiety, imposter syndrome, and traumas that keep them from showing up in their power.
I am eager to show you how to use your breath to not only stay calm and regulated in moments of discomfort or as you navigate strong or challenging emotions, but also how to use it as a tool for accessing and manifesting the magic that exists within you.
